Hello Stories
First English through stories
Step into the world of English through stories, characters and adventures.
Each week, children discover a new story and use it as a starting point for games, creative projects, role play, movement and conversation. Along the way, they pick up English words and expressions in a fun and meaningful context.
Children meet memorable characters, discover stories from across the English-speaking world and create their own stories, building confidence in simple English and friendships within the group.
The emphasis is on participation, imagination and communication rather than formal language study.
The term ends with a Hello Stories Celebration, where children share their favourite stories, projects and creations with family and friends.
No previous English is required, just curiosity and a love of stories.
Who is it for?
Children aged 4–7 who are new to English or just starting. No previous English is needed. These are introductory groups, not literacy classes for children who already speak English.
What happens in a session?
Each session begins with a new story. Children meet its characters, then bring the story to life through games, role play, movement and a small creative project, using new English words and expressions along the way.
