What we collect. When you use our forms we collect the name and email address of the parent or adult, the child’s age, the programme you chose, your preferred language and start date, and anything you write in your message. We do not ask for a child’s name on these forms. Please do not include health or other sensitive details in the message box.

Why we use it. We use this information to answer your enquiry, tell you when a programme opens and arrange enrolment. Our legal bases are your consent and the steps needed before a contract at your request. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who handles it for us. Form answers are stored with Tally in the European Union. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Our email provider receives the notification of your enquiry. These providers act on our instructions.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries that do not lead to enrolment for up to 12 months, then delete them. Records of enrolled children are kept for as long as needed to run the programme and meet legal duties.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@creative-learning-academy.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

Cookies. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The form is provided by Tally, which may use technical storage needed for the form to work.
