Cancellation and payment

Who you are dealing with. Creative Learning Academy is run by Kūrybinio mokymosi akademija, MB, company code 306993526, Kražių g. 25, 01108 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Enrolment. Sending a form is a request, not a booking. Your place is confirmed when we reply by email and your first payment has arrived.

How to pay. We send an invoice by email. You pay by bank transfer to Kūrybinio mokymosi akademija, MB, quoting the invoice number. We do not take payments on this website.

Weekly programmes

  • Fees are paid monthly, in advance, before the first session of the month.
  • The monthly fee is the same every month, even when a month has more or fewer sessions.
  • Missed sessions are not refunded or carried over.
  • If we cancel a session, we offer a replacement session or refund that session.
  • To stop, email us before the 20th of the month. Your child’s place runs to the end of that month and nothing more is charged. Fees already paid are not refunded.
  • A new group needs a minimum number of participants. If a group cannot start, we refund everything you have paid.

Beyond the Classroom. The course fee of €69 per month covers the weekly sessions only. The journey abroad in June or July is booked and paid separately, under its own terms, which we send you before you decide.

Camps

  • Please pay the full camp fee within 7 days of our confirmation. If the camp starts in less than 14 days, please pay straight away.
  • If you cancel 30 days or more before the camp starts, we refund the full fee. Between 14 and 29 days before, we refund 50%. With less than 14 days to go, we cannot refund, but you can pass the place to another child or move to another week if there is space.
  • Individual days and half-days are not refundable.
  • If your child falls ill during a camp, missed days are not refunded, but talk to us and we will look for a fair solution.
  • If we cancel a camp, we refund the full fee.

Changes on our side. If we have to change a venue, time or teacher, we tell you as early as we can. If the change means your child can no longer take part, we refund the sessions or days affected.

Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law.
